Everything on this site — including the drug taper guide — and everything Clara says is general information and peer-style support, not medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. We are not yet a CRA-registered charity and cannot issue charitable tax receipts until registration completes; we say this plainly on our donate page. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable gifts used to fund programming, equipment, insurance, and harm-reduction materials.
Don't use the site or Clara to harass, defraud, spam, probe, or break the law. Don't attempt to extract other people's information or interfere with the service.
The site and Clara are provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, the guides, or the SMS line. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
